Every package is treated with care from the moment it’s prepared to the moment it leaves the studio.
Processing Time: Orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Shipping Methods: Standard and expedited options are available at checkout. A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your package departs so you can follow its journey.
Local Delivery & Pickup: If you are located in the local area, select the local pickup option at checkout to coordinate a seamless handoff.

Detours
Sometimes a journey takes an unexpected turn. If your order isn’t exactly what you envisioned, we make it simple to route it back or find a better path forward.
Return Window: You can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Item Condition: To be eligible for a detour, items must be unused, in their original condition, and safely packed in their original packaging.
How to Start a Detour: Contact us with your order number, and we will provide you with the correct return routing instructions.
Refunds: Once your items arrive safely back at the studio and are inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged in Transit: If your package encounters a major speed bump along the way and arrives damaged, please let us know immediately. Send a quick photo of the packaging and product, and we will fast-track a replacement to you right away.
